Calvary Football Club is delighted to announce that we have received an official invitation to participate in the 2025 Dire Cup, a prestigious preseason tournament hosted by Gofere, our official kit manufacturers and a leading pan-African sportswear brand.
The tournament will take place in mid-August 2025 at the Diredawa International Stadium in Ethiopia. Organized in partnership with the Diredawa City Administration and Diredawa Football Federation, the Dire Cup brings together top clubs from across the continent to prepare for the new season.
Commenting on the invitation, Club CEO stated:
“We are happy for the invite and the club wishes to be part of the tournament. It’s a good opportunity for our players to test themselves against top teams across the continent and also earn exposure as a club.”
